The dentist is very attentive and has been for my family since she took over many years ago. I haven't had a wait but understand things can take longer than usual when it comes to any clinic. I would recommend this dentist to family and friends.

I had a good experience and would recommend these folks to my friends or family. Everything went smoothly and even though I had to have some work done, it was well explained and performed. The staff were polite and professional.

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. Not only did they not call me to remind me about my appointment, they forgot that I even had an appointment. When I showed up, they were very confused why I was there. I guess they forgot to write it down. I was in utter agony the whole time they were cleaning my teeth. It was completely unbearable. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. Christina- the front desk lady was RUDE and when it came to sending my insurance in, she had NO idea what to do!!! They had a gal there before-Laura, she was WONDERFUL, she knew exactly what she was doing and GREAT, she even remembered my name and what we had talked about last time i was there, however she does not work there anymore. Also, the new staff that this dentist has is BAD!! The dental assistant who helped with my fillings- Tina, did NOT know what she was doing. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! This dentist can NOT keep employees that are good- wonder why! There was some GREAT staff when i was there last time- Laura in the front and Shannon and Tracy in the back but NONE of those staff work there anymore....makes me wonder why the employees change so often!
