They usually make you wait 15minutes once there, befor taking you back. One lady does not do a good job cleaning your teeth and talks too much! One time I was scdeuled for a crown imprint and the girl couldnt do it that day, and it caused me to loose the time needed on the calender to bill the insurance. When I asked about this sinse the impression was still going to be on the calender year, but not put in by end of it, the staff I asked accused me of trying to do something unethical, when I wanted to have it ordered on time and was there in time. Yet this ended up costing me a thousand dollars that I did not have. Sorry to say, itsl like going to a store and they tell you they don't have sale item, but you can pay full price next time and get no raincheck!!! I have not felt at ease going there sinse they accused me of something illegitimate, when the error was THEIR OWN!
