IDr Huang is terrific. He performed cataract surgery on both my eyes (at different times). I got the special lenses he recommended and have been reading without glasses for over a year. He obviously cares about his patients and doing the best job possible.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Dr. Huang was voted best eye doctor in the Best of Bethesda magazine. I'm sure he does great work, judging by his waiting room filled to capacity. However, I was quite annoyed that after an hour and half of waiting in the waiting room, then waiting another fifteen minutes in the back, Dr. Huang spent no more than 2 minutes with me. His nurse did the actual examinations and all he did was simply write a prescription for new contact lenses, which I did not even want! His clients were all seniors with more serious eye conditions, so perhaps his high rating were attributed to his work as a surgeon. However, if you're just looking for a routine eye exam make sure to consider the long waits.
