Dr. Michael D Quasha treated me in his Palm Beach Gardens, FL office. I was told I needed 1 cavity filled, 1 cracked filling repaired, and an onlay on 1 tooth (and given a written quote for $1800+). Fortunately, I saw another dentist who evaluated the 3 teeth in question and was told I had no cavity, no cracked filling, and should not get an onlay. The new dentist, who did the second opinion at no charge, recommended I get a cleaning in another 6 months - nothing else needed. Make sure you get a second opinion!!!
