. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. I knew that I was in the very best possible care. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
