It was so difficult to get an appointment with them. They are ridiculously busy, and are almost never available. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. I would never recommend them to anyone. If I had known how terrible it was going to go, I never would have gone in the first place. They didn't discourage my negative behavior at all, they actually encouraged it. They didn't seem to care how my negative behavior would affect me. Whenever I tried to interject my input or concerns, they immediately interrupted me or cut me off. They pretty much just talked at me the entire time.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
