Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

No, they made everyone sit together

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

No. I still haven't talked to them.

Dr. Rachesky is very informative. Her bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired if you are looking for that. But, her PA makes up for what she lacks in that department. Kathy is great with my girls. When my girls are sick Dr. Rachesky is very efficient. Fast talking and in and out within minutes it seems like. She always answers my questions and I am always able to be seen when they are sick. If you are looking for someone to hold your hand while your child is sick, she's probably not your choice. If you are looking for someone who has a lot of knowledge and is very efficient, then she's your Doc. I switched my oldest child to Dr. Rachesky when she was 3 yrs old. She is now 6 and I do not have any regrets. She took care of what was ailing my little one when I was told by another doctor that a year and a half illness was normal with her being in daycare. I now have another 3 yr. old that she has seen since birth and both my girls are healthy and happy. Glad I made the move to her. Hope this helps.
