This doctor is a total butcher, I signed for him to do a tubal ligation using the cut and burn method and when my son was 2 months old, I found out he used an experimental procedure on me without my knowledge or my consent. I have had nothing but problems since he did this to me. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. The Doctor Refused to see me and told the receptionist to let me know. Even after they made me change my plan so i would be able to be seen @ that office. The receptionst told me " I already spoke w/ you and told you the doctor doesn't want to see you because of your situation! " but they never even let me see the doctor they kept giving me the run around just giving me reasons not to see me until they lastly told me i needed to change my plan and when i did they told me the doctor refused to see me.

My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
