DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!
The receptionist is the DR's wife, and she is the most unprofessional person ever!!!!!!!!
Here's my story:
(Dr Ghoshal is my mom's neurologist.) I needed to change my mom's dr appt, so I tried to call a month ahead to change it. I called Mon, left a message, Called Wed, left a message. It is now Friday morning. I assumed they aren't going to call me back, so I arrange with my sister to take my mom to go see Dr. Ghoshal. Friday afternoon around 4pm, the Dr's wife calls and said that she had changed my mom's appt and why was I calling their office so much?" I asked "before changing someone's appt and giving them some random time or day, don't you guys call people back to confirm?" She blows up on me and yell over the phone "No, why do we need to confirm when you called to say that you can't make it to the orig. appt time? It's your kind of people (I'm asian) that don't take care of your parents and don't want to bring them to appts!!" I was shocked! Then she said "I don't want to deal with people like you and your bullshit! I'm cancelling the appt!" WHAT!!! REALLY????? I simply wanted to change my mom's appt time/date that's all!!!
And she said "my kind of people????" really????

Office Manager told me I was cheapscate for only wanting to pay my $50 copay, and not the $160 she was requesting. Told me I was crazy for wanting services for that low, and to buy some good insurance. Would not listen to anything I was trying to say, and would not stop talking over me, telling me to shut up, and that I was stupid. WOULD NOT Recommend

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. ALSO I WAS DENIED AN APPT THROUGH A LETTER BECAUSE I DID NOT MEET MEDICAL NECESSITY CRITERIA. WHEN I CALLED THE OFFICE TO INFORM THEM I NEEDED THE APPT AND THAT MEDICAL HISTORY WOULD BE BROUGHT IN WITH ME I WAS SPOKEN TO INCREDIBLY RUDELY AND TOLD THAT THEY NEVER SENT ME A LETTER. AFTER TELLING THEM THEY WERE MISTAKEN AND THAT I HAD INDEED RECEIVED THE LETTER I WAS HUNG UP ON!!! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE MEDICAL REVIEW BOARD. THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO TREAT A PATIENT!!!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
