I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying.

They made sure my questions were answered, and are always available if I have questions. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
