Usually i can get in to see the either Millie or Nikki within a day or so if I'am really ill. It was great i didn't need to spend 100 copay for urgent care. Today i called because i think i popped my shoulder out of place the woman told me soonest i could get in is March 2nd or i can go to urgent care. I said normally they see me pretty soon for urgent issues..she told me again go to urgent care or march 2nd. Not really happy with this person. Never heard her before. I have been seeing Millie for several years and never had this happen before. I drive over 15 miles to see her when I'am sick. I really like Millie shes great, but it might be time to see a new Doctor.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
