Google "patient abandonment" and ensure it's a trait you'd like in your doctor if you plan on seeing this man. He must have skipped his ethics and doctoring courses. He makes the fictional Gregory House seem like Patch Adams.

I'm still scarred by the way he treated me 10 years later.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?

I waited forever for my appointment!

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
