I will be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. My primary complaint is they will only treat one issue for the visit (unless you want to pay for two visits). It's a low cost option, like an urgent care. Also, they would not treat my HSA card as cash, which was inconvenient. However, I would still go back because it was quality care, cheaper than most providers.
They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I absolutely love the chairs they have in their waiting room. They are of the highest quality and more comfortable than you could imagine. Dr. Sweet is very caring, he takes time to here whats going on and he is very personable. I have been to other Dr.'s and they have not had his bedside manner. He is caring and I would recommend anyone to see him
They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
Doctor Sweet is, by far, my favorite doctor. Name of the facility is "Priority Care CLINIC". It does have sort of a clinic feel to it, but this is great because their office hours are very accommodating. Dr. Sweet has been my primary care physician for 6-7 years and I hope I never have to change doctors. He is very attentive, he listens to your every word and takes the time to explain any medical condition and/or prescription. You never feel like you're being rushed out the door so he can get to the next patient (he may not always be on time, but this is why so I don't mind the wait!). I also like that you can book your appointment online and receive a discount- this is great for a single mom. You can read all of the office policies, new patient information, etc on their website and book your appointment at any time of the day or night at www.prioritycareclinic.com. Dr. Sweet is my primary care doctor as well as my pain management doctor. I hope I never have to change doctors, mine is wonderful!
This doctor & clinic helped me in more ways than imagined. I had a previous mammogram with ultrasound after feeling lump in my breast - my previous PCP and radiologist told me it was "just a begnign cyst" - so almost a year goes by, I was laid off from my job, no insurance, my oldest daughter had just been diagnosed with cancer, and my breast was swelling, hurt/achy, etc. I go into Dr. Sweets office and I explained the above and right away he orders another ultrasound in which the cost was covered by unknown and I was diagnosed with Stage IIIC breast cancer - at least I have a chance at living. Had it waited, I would have been diagnosed with Stage IV - usually a death sentence.
I just moved to the area and did not have a PCP yet. I needed to schedule an appointment due to severe dizziness. I scheduled close to my place of work to minimize missed work. Even though I informed the office that I was a new patient at the time I scheduled, they did not indicate I needed to bring proof of AZ residence along with my insurance ID card. I only had my out of state drivers license and my car insurance with my current address, which they did not accept and proceded to cancel my appointment and ask me to leave the facility when I asked the source of this policy, and for a list of acceptable documents which they refused to show me. While frustrated, I looked at this as blessing in disquise as the office definitely had a free 'clinic' feel to it.
