Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Dr. Torres failed to notify me of an abnormal pap-smear for 6 months. She then failed to call me again with the results of my follow-up pap-smear. When I requested that my medical records be transferred to another ob-gyn, she refused to do so until I paid her. I rate Dr. Torres as poor for incompetence and misconduct.
