They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated and I appreciated the cleanliness of the entire office/facility. I was very impressed. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members, and how courteous they were to me. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered.
