Called the Doctors office as my insurance sent them a referral for a hearing test. The young lady I spoke to was condescending and argumentative over the phone. All I said was my insurance sent you a referral authorization me for a hearing test a week ago, but she said she could not find it! I said she could call my insurance and verify it, I have the number... she said she did not do that. Wow, Ok then how am I going to make an appointment to see the Doctor? Very crabby Woman! No customer relation skill at all! I called my Insurance and CANCELED the referral to Dr. Anthony Tsappis and had my Insurance find another Doctor. To bad a really crabby office staff looses business for the Doctor.
