They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. If anyone is looking for an audiologist, I always tell them to come here. I would recommend them to anyone.
