I waited hours from my appointment time to see the doctor. I didn't think he was always listening to my problems or addressing them directly. I had a knee replaced by the doctor several years ago and it had to be replaced in 3 years due to pain and instability. Another orthopedic surgeon had to give me a very strong brace for a couple of years and then I had this other surgeon redo the knee. I did not think Dr. Halley was up to date on knee surgery and follow-up requirements for recovery of motion. It was a very unsatisfactory experience for me. Years later I still can not walk up stairs or walk reasonable distances.
