I have had 3 colonoscopies done by Dr. Cruz & he & his staff are not only very knowledgeable,but also professional & very congenial as well.

I was so impressed by their office equipment. Everything was state-of-the-art and so sophisticated! As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
