They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

BARBARA BUNSTER SHOULD NOT HAVE A MEDICAL LICENSE because she could care less about her patients. She charges cash up front for her services and her foot care products (orthotics in my case) and after you leave her office she wants nothing to do with you. Her exact words were "WE ARE DONE WITH YOU AND HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF YOU." I am a runner and I paid her a total of $550 dollars for a pair of orthotics which were made incorrectly and a refurbished pair of orthotics that were made uneven. I injured my leg wearing them. SHE WILL NOT SPEAK TO ME. SHE WILL NOT FIX THE ORTHOTICS. SHE BASICALLY TOLD ME TO GO AWAY. If you care about your body and your money stay as far away from Barbara Bunster as possible.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
