The waiting room here is spacious & my children love how the walls have been painted in murals in bright colors! I always get the impression that everyone gets along and this makes a welcoming atmosphere. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They always make us feel like we are their favorite patients of the day! Possibly a farce, but very nice just the same. :)

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They have a well child waiting room and a sick child waiting room. Why doesn't everyone do that?

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
