There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Dr Syme was professional, thorough and covered issues my original neurologist had not mentioned before. I was very comfortable with his manner and I left his office assured that I had received very good advice, a thorough discussion and a realistic approach to management by condition. I was very impressed.

Dr. Symes has helped me tremendously. He's not one of these doctors only worried about getting his money and giving you a bunch of drugs. I will say at first he questions you a lot and is not that friendly but with people trying to take advantage of pain management doctors and just wanting high dose pain killers I can see why he's like that. But once you find something that works for you it's a simple & fast appointment just to follow up to make sure it's still working for you. I've had no bad things to say about Dr. Symes. He's great in my eyes.

Dr. Syme seemed uninterested and bored during my visit. He performed less tests than my primary care physician! He answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. His staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. He didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I would NOT recommend him.

I could not even get a call back for an appointment. Had referral faxed on 02/28/2012. Had all my son's medical records faxed over on 02/28/2012. Left several messages. No one returned my call. And finally today I was able to speak to the person in the office and she was basically useless and lazy. Didn't want to make any effort to resolve the issue. She left me on hold at the beginning of the call for over 6 minutes and then had a I could care less attitude. Will never go there. DONE!
