Dr. Goin has been my doctor for 16 years, since I came to Olympia. I can't say enough good about him. Mostly, he has always behaved like he really cared about ME, taking the time to find out everything that is going on with me during our visits. I never feel like he has his "hand on the doorknob", anxious to get to his next patient. He probably is not taking new patients, but you should try; I feel very lucky to have him for my doctor.

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
