The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.

You get what you need with this doctor. He has a good depth of general health understanding and will refer you if necessary. The staff is effective and appointments can be made in a timely manner. The doctor has a sense of humor and that is appreciated. He may not be the best doctor for high maintenance cases, but as a general doctor, he is just fine.
