I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were are appreciative and friendly.The overall atmosphere of the staff is great, and you do not mind returning for your follow up appointments. Marie I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The office was easy enough to find. Any time the doctor was late he was helping another patient at the hospital or an emergency came up or sometimes a patient appointment went longer than expected. Due to the fact he is so thorough. However, if he is late to see you he and the staff are apologetic. Worth the wait? Yes.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. My entire family has been in their care and always felt listened to, cared about and respected. The care we have received is always very specific to each member of our family - never cookie cutter approach. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would recommend them & have recommended them to family and friends.
