I am a patient of this outstanding physician. I don't know what I would have done since my accident, if it were not for him. He is highly skilled and explains everything. He is knowledgeable ion so many areas of medicine. He is down to earth and accepts most PPO plans and Medicare. Private parking lot with easy access. There is a pharmacy in the same medical building complex. He sees patients by appointment as well as accepts walk-in patients most afternoons durning the week. On addition to exceptional care, his staff is friendly and I have never been left just sitting in a editing room for a long period of time! His rates are reasonable. You will not be disappointed in the quality of care you and your family receives.

I have been a long time patient and recommend Dr Sghiatto without hesitation. He is highly skilled medical professional. He has treated members of my family and a number of my friends for everything from diabetes to skin disease to sports injuries! He is friendly and his staff is efficient. I personally have had excellent care and I have never left the office without all of my questions and concerns addressed.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

They seemed stuck in the past. Their office is terribly outdated and he barely asked me any questions before throwing a prescription at me and tried to talk me into birth control, which I did not even come in to see him about.

The most frustrating thing is how they incorrectly billed me. They required I pay up front because they couldn't get a hold of my insurance company. I paid, they billed my insurance company, my insurance company paid the FULL CONTRACTED AMOUNT, but they refused to pay anything but half. They also conveniently misplace messages when I call and never call me back.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.
