I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

This place is a joke. DO NOT GO HERE! PLEASE PEOPLE! As you can see below, this facility is absolutely worthless. You would think in Up-Scale Manhattan Beach you would get great care. Quite the contrary. You might as well be in a third world hospital. Calls to the receptionist were unsuccessful, each seemed to be frustrated when we would call their station for advice. They have no patience ironically for their own patients. Dr. Usha Raval could also not care less about her patients. If she didn't care, why did she decide to become part of the health care system. It is really quite sad. Several times we have waited to be told we could not be seen. That the doctor was just leaving. Or they were wrong and needed us to come back. Unacceptable. We will not be back.
