I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. The stuff and I'm sure the doctor r money hungry dr I didn't take my kid to his appoint cause he was feeling better I'm very short in money didn't want to spend 25 dollars they called and ask me to pay anyway, I pleaded with her that is the end of the month and don't have it... She didn't want to listen she kept saying we want be able to see him until u pay and it our policy, I ask that the dr will contact me she hung up a day later I received a letter terminating my kid who is 3 yrs old treatment .. What a heartless dr if u want a dr who care about ur little find one who doesn't care much about the money after all they get paid by our insurance

I met Dr. Gramer for the first time and she was very very knowledgeable and extremely attentive. I was pleased to hear she didn't use PAs in her office to see patients. If you come into her office you see a doctor EVERY time. Very impressed and happy to find a great doctor close to home.

Dr. Jill knew more about my history than I did as my mom is her patient also. I was please with Dr. Jill's diagnosis. She explained why, what to expect, and how to stop the progression. I was very lost when Dr. Jill moved to her new office as it was further north. I have been looking for another family doctor, but haven't found a good fit. I will drive from Aledo to Lake Country to see Dr. Jill.
