One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. The cologne they wore was nauseating. I wanted to cover my nose the entire time I was there. I could hardly stand being in the room. The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared.
