I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. The doctor always remembers me and makes me feel comfortable. The time in the waiting room is always very reasonable. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. They've never postponed my appointment and have great customer service here. I do wish I knew the names of the people in the office and the nurses. It's awkward not to know what to call someone. One downside - although I know it's important to have teaching and training for doctors, there is often a medical student there. So first, you have to be screened by the medical student, then repeat everything for the doctor. I frequently have issues I wouldn't like to discuss with someone I'm going to see only once. The medical students don't give me the same sense of confidentiality and acceptance that I feel with my doctor. I feel like my doctor cares about me and I will absolutely return.She's the best!

Kim is an excellent doctor very friendly and outgoing and will sit and talk to you about everything if you need someone to talk to and she is always happy and smiling and thats hard for anyone to do in this day and age.
