Do NOT go here. Not only do the make returning patients wait AT LEAST 45+ minutes, they made me wait over an hour my first visit. They said that waiting that long isn't the "norm" but it 100% is.

On top of her overbooking patients, she also doesn't care about her patients. She acts like has no interest - probably because she is spread so thin among patients.

Getting a prescription to get called in to your pharmacy is a HORROR. Not only does it take DAYS, the staff is unfriendly and you must call repeatedly to remind them.

Only book an appointment with her if you want a doctor who doesn't really care and you're willing to wait AT LEAST 45 minutes or more to see her.

After year of feeling belittled for asking medical questions, having to call multiple times & wait days to hear back on time sensitive issues&sitting in the waiting for up to 2+ hours (with an appointment) only to see the dr. for under 2 minutes, I'm excited leave Dr. Adam's practice!

Between her 2 offices & her monthly cosmetic specials it is clear Dr. Adams is about maximizing profit at the expensive of providing quality care.

Dr. Adam is often rude when asked for medical advice. For example, after being told by a lab tech that low blood pressure&that that was likely the cause of extreme redness (which last 4 hour) & horrible headaches after jogging (despite excising regularly) I asked Dr. Adam if there was a way to excise without these side effects, her advice to laugh in my face, tell me "don't run" & leave the room. Through I complained of migraines for 3 year I had to go to walk in medical center to get a prescription&then just bring it to Dr. Adams once a year for a refill because she refuses to do any investigation.

There is obviously something wrong with Dr. Adams leadership skills because her staff is universally unresponsive and unhelpful. I once had to call the office 4 times over a two week period to get them to fax one easily accessible form! Their incompetence caused me to miss the orientation week of a volunteer program. Additionally, my pharmacist has told me that the office never returns his calls even when they are concerning extremely time sensitive dosage questions. I find it disgusting that they even disrespect their medical colleges.

If you are interesting in Botox treatments from greedy, rude women I recommend Dr. Adams completely. However, if you are looking for medical care please stay far away from this office.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

Dr Adams is one of the worst drs I have ever encountered, She is so unprofessional She has this blank stare and does not do thorough exams. She complains about her patient load and over books all the time. The waiting room is awful and at least a two hour wait. the staff is sloppy and disorganized and the actual office is filthy. I hope his helps people , I felt like I needed to let people know the truth about this so called doctor. She should work in a salon along with her Nps and staff.
