I went in for my free annual eye care exam, (December 6th 2023) Free to me according to insurance company. I was charged a 25 dollar copay and an additional charge of 35 dollars for refraction at time of visit and was assured at that time I would be reimbursed if insurance paid those fees. My insurance provide has assured my they paid and my cost should have been 0 dollars but still no refund. Also my Wife contacted Highland family eye care in April and was told a refund would be forthcoming and yet another two months have passed and nothing. Leaving messages, asking for callback, nothing. I would say customer service is non-existent and billing practice is at best questionable, perhaps even fraudulent.

I have a health problem that effects my eyesight. Dr. Kleinhoffer'd office made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with in any medical environment. They are so warm, personable, and professional, and make the whole experience so much better. I was very impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them, and also with the products they offered.
