I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I found myself having to ask a lot of questions because nothing was being said to me. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I really appreciated the fact that the staff was so welcoming. They were friendly and made me feel at home. Their office was well organized and clean.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I am very pleased with the results from their care. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Lydia is obviously well respected by her staff. The staff was pleasant an congenial. They keep their appointment time which I very much appreciate since getting away from the office is so difficult to schedule in between meetings all day. Lydia is kind and thorough. I went in for her to check a recently noticeable spot on my chest. She offered to do a full body scan. She found another place on my back. She suggested doing a biopsy on the 2 places. The one on my back is melanoma as it turns out. Ok. This is the kind of thing that happens to other people. It's a little scary. Of course I had questions about the upcoming surgery. I asked the ones that were top of mind. She encouraged me to call back if I had more. I do. It's nice to know she is open to taking the time to address them. She made that clear.

I was seen quickly after registration and sitting for a very brief moment. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They have only suggested I purchase products that my condition warranted. They were always very considerate and professional. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I really felt welcomed here. The doctor and staff were friendly and accommodating.
