Right off the bat I noticed that the clinic smells fantastic inside. They must clean or sanitize all the time or have some great fragrance. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The staff was able to answer every single question I had. It was clear that everyone was trained in the methodology of acupuncture, even if they would not be performing the treatments. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Yes

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

I have been going to Carol for several years, and she is by far the best acupuncturist I have ever gone to. From day one she has been always compassionate, friendly, and caring--and she does great work. I am thrilled with the results I get with her. Her treatment rooms are warm and relaxing and a soothing place to be.
