They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome it. I've felt like an annoyance at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

When comparing them to other acupuncturists I have visited, they are among the best I have seen. I was really impressed with my visit. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was confident that I knew the risks and benefits.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter

Absolutely, they were an expert!

No, they never postpone my appointments
