This club has been in operation for over 20 years, under different names, same Mgt. Gradually members' benefits have been disappearing. There once was a big room where members could have parties. It has been converted into a business - a singles service. A few years ago there were daytime floor exercise and pool fitness programs included in the membership. Then the pool closed down in the Winter. Now recently the hot tub has been shut down until further notice. In addition recently the facility isn't being properly heated. The tennis courts were the best-lit in the area. Then they converted to flourescent lights but they don't understand that the lights need to be replaced after a few months. They fade. So the courts are dark. There are repairs needed everywhere.

The members are pleasant and friendly to all who come there. The employees try to compensate for the conditions, for the most part. Nobody is trying to impress anybody. However, because of the "thriftiness" of the management, the long-time members are drifting away one by one.
