They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more carefule. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.

I have only good things to say about this provider. When I first used their services, I was having extremely bad headaches. The chiropractors at the office helped rid me of these. I have never had a problem scheduling an appointment, and when I have had to reschedule, they have always been more than accomodating. In addition to having my pain reduced, the chiropractor who I usually see, Dr. Scheiber, has shared his knowledge with me.
The office is always clean and tidy as are the restrooms.
All in all, Matz Family Chiropractic has my overwhelming vote of confidence. If you are in pain and need a chiropractor, this is the place!
