They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
