Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The office was easy enough to find. I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Difficult to get an appointment. Told numerous times "same day" appointments available and to call back - only to be told " this isn't a normal business hour day" ???? whatever that means wtih no initiation from receptionist to schedule an acutal appointment. LONG LONG LONG wait times - only to see practitioner 10 mins max. Here's to wishing there were more dermatologists to choose from in Medina !

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find.

Really my frustration comes from the billing..when making an appointment with Mary at the front desk as Trillium I requested a full body check up that would be covered by my insurance, in addition to stating that I was an existing patient. I have now been billed as a new patient (my last visit was a while back, so I can give them that one, but also was billed for a visit that is NOT covered by my insurance company.) I have made phone calls trying to resolve issue and no help from either side and was basically told by Tim in the accounting department to have a nice day (ie, I can't help you)

I would NOT recommend this facility!!

I have found Dr. Torak to be everything I need and expect of a provider. She helped diagnose a condition I have had since childhood and referred me to another physician to treat a disease she suspected during one of my visits. She has always given me the attention I felt I required and answered my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I have recommended her and Trillium Creek to family members and friends. The Trillium Creek facility is very professional and inviting as well.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
