Their staff is very friendly and professional. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

No, they didn't wear any cologne
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
