First of all, the staff is very kind. Office was small. Dr. Mays was loud, rude, obnoxious and we felt like he judged us. We went in to get the problem addressed, fixed, not looking drugs. This doctor fits in with the rest of our long list of doctors who think they are God. This was a referral from our physician, not our choice. He listened somewhat, but likes to talk over you. Terrible bedside manner.
No, I would not recommend him if you're looking for concern and compassion.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Being a nurse I found it very refreshing to find a doctor with so much experience who was still so compassionate and caring.
