Doctor Greg Kelly, do you remember me? I am Agnes (Dallas) Hight? I was there 2-14-06. I had 2 scalp laceration and you stapled one shut. 6 doctors and nurses were involved in a 9 hour period. In my opinion, I believe you bio chip implanted me without my permission. The Federal Government banned bio chip implanting people in 2001, which it is called the Space Preservation Act (HR2977 or HR3616)... I have been electronically harassed, have been threaten, death threats to me and to my family, you took away my 8th Amendment, right to no cruel and unusual punishment, my 9th Amendment, Right to Privacy, and 13th Amendment, slave embolishment, you can't use me for your personal gain, whether it be medical research of what ever it may be. I am a human being and have rights just like any other United States Citizen. I have another doctor whom is going to cut open my head where you stapled it shut and do an exploratory surgery. In 2006 there was three hospital involved in a 12 day period, in which I have all those medical records and digital images from the cat scans an x-rays, also a 4th hospital in July of that year... I believe you bio chip implanted me and in my opinion it messes up peoples lives. I have rights, am a united states citizen and am going to utilize those rights. I hope I am wrong but if not, I am sueing you and the Putnam General Hospital, now called Tayes Valley. God bless...
