Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

I was referrred to Dr. Scott after botched plastic surgery below my eyes. All I can say in retrospect (2 years later) is that in my opinion he was unprofessional throughout, both personally and in his surgical abilities. I suffered from his surgery and it has had a profound effect on my life. I do believe he has forgotten "First do no harm".
