They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

This office has cancels appointments the same day as the appointment. They have kept me waiting for almost three hours to just pick up a perscription! They tell me the doctor cant see me for three months down the road. I requested an appointment for the first or last of the day and the secretary told me that "thats a personal problem". I switched to a new doctor!

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods.
