My training started in Canada, where I earned my bachelor's degree from Western University in Ontario, Canada, and received my medical degree from the University of Toronto. Thereafter, I completed my residency in urology at Western University, where I was named most valuable resident. Then, I relocated to Baltimore to complete an abdominal transplant surgery fellowship at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. I joined the University of Florida Division of Transplantation and Hepatobiliary Surgery as a clinical assistant professor and transplant surgeon in 2022.
