The receptionist is very rude. They do not believe in customer care. What happened to the patient is always right. What happened to try to accommodate the patient. In this practice, this is nonexistent.

very disorganized they NEVER answer the phone maybe because they are to busy joking with each other. my first visit they wanted to take blood for labs i asked if i should have been fasting they said oh yes lets do it another day the (office was empty), went back the next day to give the blood sample (office empty). today had a 10:20 appointment arrived at 10:28 was told my appointment was at 9:40 the message on voice mail clearly say's 10:20 they wanted me to reschedule told them no i will go to someone else. i tried to call them today 4 times NO ANSWER the office is empty of patients
