Harbor Lake Adult Family Home
Dianne and Ron Morgan are exclusive owners of Harbor Lake Adult Family Home. While Dianne serves as residential manager, she assumes responsibility for the day to day care of our residents, developing and implementing personalized care plans, training and over-site of our quality trained staff, and communication with resident family members. Ron focuses his efforts on administrative requirements including compliance with Washington state administrative codes (WACS), accounting, inventory and supplies, assisting residents and family members with insurance claims and pharmacy coordination, and overall maintenance of the home. Ron and Dianne live onsite demonstrating a commitment of quality care for residents.
