I just want to say that the employees that works up front, answering phones, taking appointments down and helping out customer's is doing a great job. Now on the other hand I notice when I come for appointments I notice some of you employees always outside, funny thing is it's the same employees smoking, taking breaks, and sometimes complaining about other workers, are they managers? Because it's very unprofessional. The same people that takes a lot of breaks doesn't really do anything in the office, they are lazy and tell the other employees to do it and they can take breaks or complain. If your managers or whoever they are really needs to act like a manager and help out the employees. Do your manager even know how to do other people's job, cause that's what a manager or managers suppose to know. Sorry but your managers needs help.
