They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.
