Melissa Wickey was born in Canada, raised in Florida, Melissa found her way to Hawaii in 2005 through the National Student Exchange. During the year she took off to get residency, she attended the Aloha Institute of Massage and Healing Arts in Kailua. Melissa recently graduated from the University of Hawaii with a BS in Kinesiology and works part time at The Spa at Trump in Waikiki and at her own business, Healing Elements Haleiwa. Tai chi, surfing, yoga, natural medicine, and exploring the incredible world of consciousness are just a few of her favorite things to do. She is currently pursuing her graduate degree in Oriental Medicine & Acupuncture which she will incorporate into Healing Elements Haleiwa upon licensure and graduation.

I first encountered Melissa during my stay at Trump Tower when I scheduled a reflexology. Melissa was absolutely WONDERFUL. She knew where to apply accupressure to relieve all of my complaints! I felt so great, that I went back 2 days later for another reflexology to catch anything that we didn't get before. I was pretty tensed up in some areas so she concentrated on that. Then I decided to schedule a massage with her 4 days later (the next time she was scheduled to work). That's 2 days away and I can't wait! Melissa even drew me little pictures of the pressure points I can touch myself to relieve certain things. And she showed me the pressure point that will get rid of a headache. Its not on the head, either!

Melissa made sure every single question I had was answered, and wasalways available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting Melissa

I went in walking after having to walk with a cane for two weeks because of a painful knee. I was even wondering if I needed knee replacement. The next day after my massage with Melissa, my pain was completely gone. It was like magic. The day after that I went to hula class for the first time in three weeks.

All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I have already gone back for another wonderful massage and have two more scheduled.

The office was very easy to locate, deliciously next door to PaaalaKai Bakery. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and my massage with Melissa was by far the best I've ever had. She made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
